    Our program is NOT a quick fix, or swing faster overnight program. It is a 12 month commitment from all of our athletes. Payment options include annual or monthly installments.

    We also offer the flexibility to schedule visits to our facility in Roanoke, VA, for in-person sessions with your trainer.

  • We work with athletes at the professional, collegiate, high school levels, and middle school levels.

    Since remote training requires a high level of motivation and commitment, we typically recommend our programs for athletes aged 12 and older.

  • Absolutely. Many of our remote athletes already follow team training programs or have other commitments.

    We design your personalized plan around your existing schedules and constraints. If needed, we’ll even coordinate with your coaches to ensure a seamless fit.

  • We start with a detailed evaluation, which includes a full-body movement and mechanics assessment, athlete questionnaires, and other key data points.

    This comprehensive approach allows us to build a program tailored specifically to your needs, goals, and performance metrics.

  • The best part about training with Summit is upon signing up you will receive most of the eqipment you need to train included in the training cost.

    At a minimum, you’ll need:

    • A gym with barbells and dumbbells

    • A space to swing a golf club

    • Access to range balls

    Additional recommended items include:

    • A launch monitor

    • A tripod w/ video camera

    • Medicine Balls

    We also provide a detailed list of optional equipment to enhance your training.
